The New iPhone 13
The CEO of Apple, Tim Cook, took the stage during Apple’s new product announcement event on September 14th to reveal a batch of newer Apple products including the iPad OS the iPad mini, and the Apple Watch Series 7. Let’s not forget Apple’s most popular product. Enter the iPhone 13, the newest generation of smartphone to date. Armed with new colors, abilities and longer battery life, Apple is gearing up to snuff out their competitors with their newer, more advanced smartphone.
One thing that people always seem so passionate about when it comes to their phones, is personalization. Apple has catered to these desires and delivered with colors like blue, pink, red, starlight, and midnight for the aluminum frame of the phone. Each option comes with the back of the phone glossy with sides that have a nice matte finish. The product is a modern looking phone crafted for those who crave simplistic, minimalist designs. An additional plus would be the environmentally friendly design of the phone, using recycled materials for parts such as the antenna lines.
During the reveal of the iPhone 13, Apple made it clear early on that it was a phone made for those who spend most of their time taking photos and videos. The iPhone 13 sports a redesigned camera, allowing for the filming of wider angles whilst not sacrificing image quality in the dark, as it now takes in 47% more light in dark areas. The iPhone 13 has greater stability than any other phone while filming with its built-in sensor-shift optical image stabilization technology, so whenever you stumble or shift, the camera stays on target and never gets interrupted. No ability was ever shown off as much as the iPhone 13’s remarkable cinematic mode, giving you the ability to shift the focus of the camera from person to person on the fly.
What good is a phone if you can’t enjoy it for long enough? The issue was addressed when Apple revealed that the iPhone 13 has 2.5 extra hours of battery life compared to the iPhone 12, equating to 28 hours of battery life for the Pro Max model and 22 hours of battery life for the Pro model.
With all these new features and abilities, the iPhone 13 starts at $799-$1099 depending on the model, making them some of the most expensive phones on the market. But if you’re in the mood for cutting-edge smartphones, look no further than the iPhone 13.
