Guide to Yearbook Distribution Day

A message to all students: Yearbook distribution will be held on May 21st this year.

It’s understandable to feel excited about receiving your yearbook with your friends in just a couple of weeks. However, it’s crucial that all students keep their excitement under control to ensure that the distribution process proceeds smoothly without any hiccups.

As previously mentioned, the distribution will be this May 21st – a Tuesday – during 7th period. It will be hosted in the gym where a station-based system will be used to ensure that the process will be as smooth as possible.

When students who have pre-ordered their yearbooks arrive, they need to first go to a table where they will sign next to their name on a list. This is to confirm that they are getting their yearbook. They will then receive a ticket, which they should be careful not to lose as it is essential. They will need to use this ticket at a separate table to finally get their yearbook.

Students must present a valid ID, either physical or digital, to receive their yearbook. As a side note, students may not redeem someone else’s yearbook, regardless of relation, you will only be allowed to receive your yearbook if your name is on the list.

It’s important that students keep moving through the system both before joining the line, while in the line, and after getting their yearbook. DO NOT stop in the gym right after receiving your yearbook. Everyone will have time to observe it without disrupting the process.

If you haven’t pre-ordered your yearbook and plan to buy one during distribution, it’s recommended that you arrive at the gym as early as possible. There are only 51 books left, so arrive early for a better chance of getting one.

Please note that you are required to bring exactly $90 in cash, as we cannot accept checks, cards, or Apple pay. If you fail to bring the necessary amount, we will not be able to hold a yearbook for you. Apart from that, the process will be the same as for those who have pre-ordered their yearbook.

After receiving your yearbook, you can relive those cherished memories with friends and family.
