District tournament Baseball game: Ferguson vs. Coral Gables
Get ready, Falcons. This Tuesday, April 15, at 3:30 pm, the John A. Ferguson baseball team is facing off against Coral Gables in a district tournament playoff game- and it is a home game.
Both teams are coming in strong and will try to secure the win. Ferguson has been grinding all season and is looking to make a deep playoff run, while Coral Gables is aiming to pull off a big win on the road. With everything on the line, this game is going to be memorable for both teams.
Junior Outfielder Jose Rijo said, “It’s going to be a great game, Gables is a competitive team, and they always give us a challenge.”
Our players have been putting in the work at practice and showing up when it counts. Whether it is solid pitching or strong defense, the Falcons have what it takes to come out on top- but they will need all the support they can get. Playing at home gives us the edge, but the energy from the crowd can make an enormous difference.
Junior Infielder Alain Marquez said this, “I’m excited, Gables is always a great game, and this is very important for us.”
So, let us show up and show out, Falcons. Come support our boys’ baseball team and be a part of this exciting moment for them. Bring your family and friends, let us have fun, and make sure that this is an unforgettable game.
