Landmark FIU vs Canes Game
We had the battle of two Miami teams in a UM vs FIU game, which had FIU coming out as the victor.
Running back Anthony Jones had 112 yards and a touchdown on 16 carries. Quarterback James Morgan threw for 160 yards and 2 touchdowns in the FIU win.
The struggles for Miami continued as quarterback Jarren Williams threw 2 touchdowns but that came with 3 interceptions. UM’s running back Cam’ron Harris had 86 yards and a touchdown in the loss. It was a high scoring game and an exciting one that ended up with a final score of 30-24.
With the win FIU improved to 6-5 while Miami dropped to 6-5 both teams are both eligible this year with one game remaining this season we will all be rooting for them both.
