Eating Raw foods like fruits and vegetables since they give you a lot of energy and keep off unwanted pesticides and herbicides. Most steps to stay healthy are simple, but some can be a big challenge to some. They can be conquered by taking it one step at a time and trying different methods.
Staying away from your phone at night can be super beneficial as it helps you get more sleep since your body repairs itself at night while you are sleeping. If you don’t sleep enough it can lead to risks of heart disease, kidney disease, high blood pressure, diabetes, and stroke.
