Falcons Celebrate Home Victory Over Miami Beach

Proving to be unstoppable, our Ferguson football team secured yet another win when playing against Miami Beach on Friday, October 3rd. The home game had a final score of 28-14, with our Falcons putting together a strong performance to ensure victory.

“I’m very proud of my team for coming together and getting this done,” said wide receiver Enzo Fernandez. “This was a tough team to play against, and I’m proud of them for playing as one and earning this win. They played great.”

Ferguson came out strong, taking command early and heading into halftime with a 14–7 lead. Running back #23 Cyel Malary opened the scoring with a powerful touchdown run, followed by an impressive highlight from wide receiver Brandon Tagle, who hauled in a touchdown catch over three defenders in the end zone. Ferguson’s defense later matched the intensity of their offense, holding firm and keeping the pressure on.

In the second half, Cyel Malary continued his impressive scoring streak, adding two more touchdowns and a two-point conversion to the game. This steered the Falcons to a 28-14 lead in the fourth quarter. Their defense held strong, shutting out Miami Beach for the rest of the game, guaranteeing their win.

Giancarlos Estupinan also shared, “I think we got a great win over Miami Beach. All the players were able to hold themselves accountable, and we were also able to coach each other up and be there for each other when it mattered most, resulting in a Ferguson win.” With this victory, the Falcons continue to build momentum and confidence as they head further into this exciting season.
