Ferguson Boys Soccer has an Amazing Season
The Ferguson Boys Soccer team had a great season this year as they had a record of 9-5 to finish the season. Their first game of the season came against Palmetto on December 4th, with the final of 2-0. They had a cold start, starting 0-3, but then turned their season around quickly going on a nice streak of wins. Their other 2 losses came against South Dade with the score being 2-1, and against Coral Reef, with the final score being 2-0. After that win, they went on a 9-game winning streak, with wins against South Dade with the score being 2-0. To start off 2021 on January 5th the team played Varela and won 1-0. Three days after on January 8th they played Southwest and had their biggest margin of victory with a score of 5-0. On January 11th they scored their most goals beating Hialeah 6-3. Their winning streak continued with wins against Killian and Braddock with scores being 3-1, and 2-0. They then played in the playoffs and continued their winning streak all the way up to the District Final. With wins against South Dade, February 1st, 3-1 and Palmetto on February 4th with the score also being 3-1, they were on their way to the District Final. They played Varela on February 9th and lost the game to a close score of 3-2. We know that next season they will improve and move forward.
