Memorable Junior Busch Gardens Trip

On February 2nd, 2024, our juniors went on a class trip to Busch Gardens in Tampa, Florida. Our falcons had a great time participating in various exciting activities and enjoying the rides with their friends.

From high-speed roller coasters to heart-stopping thrill rides, Busch Gardens offers excitement and exhilaration at every corner. Students can conquer towering coasters, brave wild rapids, and experience the rush of free-fall drops, all while being surrounded by their friends and classmates. One of the standout features of Busch Gardens is its themed lands that whisk visitors away to new places. Here, you can wander through ancient ruins, explore bustling marketplaces, and enjoy live shows celebrating the diversity of cultures from around the world. It’s like embarking on a global adventure right in the heart of the park.

For $150, students were given the entrance pass and transportation to the exciting and memorable class trip. Students embarked on their journey in the early hours of Friday, hitting the road around 5:30 am. Students took the initiative to catch up on sleep or entertain themselves with movies and games.

Upon their 10:30 arrival, students were given the opportunity to roam freely after being released from the buses. Students did not hesitate to rush towards the highly advertised rides, such as the Iron Gwazi, which opened back up in 2022. “My favorite ride was the Iron Gwazi. It was made out of wood and the seatbelt was only around your stomach, so I was scared.” says Fiorella Giordani. “However, I feel like the danger aspect made it more fun.”

The experience of having fun rides and relishing delicious food with your friends and classmates is truly amazing. Our juniors cherish every moment of this trip, as they are inching closer to their senior year and ultimately, towards the end of their high school years. This trip is proving to be very memorable for them.

“It was my first time going to Busch Gardens and I would absolutely recommend everyone to go. I think it should continue as the junior trip for the next few years.” says Fiorella Giordani. We are delighted that our junior falcons were able to enjoy their class trips and have fun and relaxation with their friends and classmates. Junior year can be very stressful, so they certainly deserve a break from their studies and hard work.
