The Hero App Requirement

When attending a high school with a population exceeding 4,000 students, the need for a more efficient way of maintaining student conduct and responsibility is increasing. The Hero’s app objective is to transform school culture by tracking late passes, disciplinary warnings, and administrative meetings. The app also recognizes class participation and excellent behavior. Hero Rise is available for usage to the entire district. Ferguson has now welcomed this app to be able to use its beneficial assets and take effective learning opportunities. 

When in school, late passes, detentions, and meetings can get lost in translation. Hero Rise simplifies all processes and enforces all rules in an structured way digitally. The Hero app is designed for teachers, students, families, and administrators for accessible use behind one educational plan. Additionally, the app is convenient for social and emotional learning, and positive behavioral intervention. When utilizing the app, it is crucial that teachers track all poor and superior conduct to be able to observe student progress. 

All Ferguson students must have the app downloaded on their devices by Monday, September the 20th. The Hero app is available to all users, whether a student owns an iPhone or an Android. The tools that Hero possesses elevates the growth in students and assists in leading schools into a more positive environment. With every student downloading the app, negative attendance patterns and substandard choices will shift into buoyant behavior reinforcement. After the app was adopted into other schools throughout the U.S, students arriving to class late reduced by as much as 90%,  motivating students to make virtuous choices for themselves and their school.

Shedding light upon student’s successes is pivotal as well. Hero is used to highlight the students who are doing the right thing by recognizing participation in class, supporting the growth of interpersonal relationships, and encouraging school climate with multiple incentives.
