Welcome Back, Falcons!

This year has brought many struggles to the world around us, including our school community. We’re used to superficial changes with the start of each school year: new teachers, new classes, new classmates. but this dramatic upheaval of school operations has left many of us missing the sense of constancy we once knew.

Despite the changes around us, our staff is prepared to inform our readers about current events that happen locally, and worldwide. You can expect regularly posted articles on topics relating to Ferguson student life, sports, entertainment, and breaking news year-round. Our newfound virtuality gives us the creative space to expand our coverage and continue to inform our readers on topics of interest, whether it be school spirit or the latest news to break the world stage. We welcome all of our first-year staffers and we can’t wait to show our readers their ever-growing talent!

The Talon newspaper staff wishes the students and faculty at Ferguson a safe, productive and successful school year.

Our journalism program is always looking for more writers, photographers and social media representatives. If any of these positions sound interesting to you, it’s not too late! Email us at fergusontalonnews@gmail.com for more information.
