The Falcons kicked off their season in a dominant fashion, securing their 38–6 victory over the
Dr. Krop Lightning. The blowout win was a total team effort, driven by their powerful coordination and internal performance on both sides of the ball.

“The last practice before the game, the team was a lot more focused on the game altogether,” said Ethan Hernandez, noting how that focus carried directly into Friday’s matchup. That preparation paid off, helping the players stay organized, communicate effectively on crucial plays, and demonstrate readiness both on and off the field.

Dorion Hodges set the tone immediately, opening the game with an electric 75-yard kickoff return for a touchdown. Logan Romero powered the offense with 79 rushing yards, a 31-yard reception, and a touchdown. Quarterback Druey Tobin also delivered a strong performance, connecting on key throws including the 31-yard touchdown pass to Romero to keep the
momentum going.

From the opening kickoff to the final whistle, the Falcons dictated the tempo. With the offense
and defense operating in total sync, the team showcased complete control from start to finish.
Let’s hope it carries on into their next game against Varela and the rest of the season.
