A Guide to Spirit Week Festivities!

It’s that special time of the year when our school turns into a colorful playground of creativity and joy! Forget the usual routine; Spirit Week is all about fun and bringing everyone together before schools close their doors for the anticipated break. From funky outfits to friendly games, it’s a chance for us to show off our school spirits.

Falcons will be allowed to kick the week off with Holiday Accessories Day! Show your spirit by adorning a Santa hat, festive jewelry, or holiday socks with snowflakes or reindeer. You can also add a touch of sparkle with tinsel around your wrist, or keep warm with a scarf featuring holiday patterns. Whatever it is: the goal is to have fun and show off your holiday spirit with these simple and cheerful accessories, starting the fun week on a festive note!

On the week’s second day, Falcons will be able to flaunt their ugly sweaters! Find your quirkiest, most colorful sweater— think oversized snowflakes, dancing reindeer, or wild patterns — the goal is to be proudly and hilariously ugly. Add some tinsel, bells, or other festive accessories to complete the look. Whether it’s from your closet, a thrift store, or your DIY creation, let’s turn the school into a fun holiday fashion show!

For day three, consider purchasing the exclusive Grinch-Mas school shirt! Showcase your school pride by showing off the shirt, which is available on OSP for $12! The shirts will only be up for a limited amount of time, so make sure to grab them soon if you want to participate.

Students are mostly looking forward to Thursday, where students will be able to parade the halls with their comfiest pajamas! It’s the perfect finale to the week. Students will also be able to purchase a ticket to the Falcon Holiday Jam being hosted during 6th period for $10 on OSP, where Falcons can join together and enjoy some karaoke to escape from academics and unwind.

This week has been more than just fun outfits and activities; it’s about coming together as a school community. Don’t miss out!
